Complete Description:
seeking an Expert Level GIS Technical Architect contractor for an approximate 12 month engagement assigned to the GIS Unit.  This resource will provide technical assistance and support to the stabilization of Esri Roads and Highways, including the migration of enterprise data and workflows and the subsequent transition to production-based editing and maintenance.  This resource will be dedicated to this work effort through implementation and stabilization.   
Provide technical support and training for Esri Roads & Highways applications
             Serve as an Esri Roads and Highways SME (subject matter expert) and technical resource for Roads & Highways application editors and users
             Troubleshoot issues with system implementation and provide recommendations for resolutions
             Develop and document standards and best practices
             Design, develop and support Esri Data Reviewer checks
             Design, develop and support GIS workflows for business units interacting with the Roads and Highways system
             Develop and execute test plans for all levels of system testing
             Consult with customers to ensure implementation and maintenance meets expectations
