This role supports missioncritical publicsector programs across case management, licensing, service operations, and related workflows. The position ensures all solutions align with program objectives, technical standards, security requirements, and longterm platform strategy while leveraging both declarative and programmatic capabilities to build scalable, maintainable systems.

Key Responsibilities
Technical leadership: Establish development standards, mentor junior developers, conduct peer code reviews, and promote consistent high standards across teams.
Design and engineering: Lead integration designs, blueprinting and configuration strategies.
Development: Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and system integrations following established engineering practices and platform governance.
Discovery and requirements: Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend bestfit approaches.
