JOB SUMMARY:

Certified Labs, a Solenis company, provides operational performance solutions to our industrial customers. We are a global market leader in industrial lubricants and consultative solutions. Our sales managers offer a value-driven sales experience, and high-level people development and sales capability building. As an established member of the Sales Management team, the Established Rep Manager (ERM) supports the development of tenured sales representatives through structured business planning, field-based coaching, and targeted account development. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, growing product engagement, and supporting representatives' capabilities in account development and advanced selling, through consistent execution and leadership. Successful candidates must live in the vicinity of Dallas, TX.

HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED:

Excellence as an Established Rep Manager is defined by the ability to develop 15 Inner Circle Platinum achieving representatives, to produce weekly average training trips of $25,000, and to support measurable increases in account penetration, share of wallet, and overall productivity and consistency across tenured reps within their span of control.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Coach and develop 15 Established Reps to support strong productivity and earnings

Own and guide disciplined business planning execution across all Sales Reps

Identify performance gaps and implement targeted actions to unlock growth

Increase account penetration and share of wallet through expanded product, program, and value-added service adoption and implementation

Deliver impactful field training with average production per week of $25,000+

Coach advanced selling capabilities, including account strategy and value positioning

Strengthen senior-level customer relationships through direct field engagement

Maintain performance accountability through consistent field and remote leadership
