Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (Retail/Beverage/CPG)
Location: Hiring for San Diego Metro Area
Compensation: $55,000-$85,000 a year (hourly + commission)

Your Role as an Outside Sales Representative:
With our continuous growth, we are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our new San Diego division. As an outside/route sales representative you will play a pivotal role in growing our territory of customers throughout San Diego. You will prospect and establish relationships with convenience and small grocery store owners with the ultimate goal of converting them to customers. We are seeking candidates with strong route sales or food/grocery sales experience who are enthusiastic, have a “no fear” attitude, and share our hunger to serve customers.
Outside Sales Representative Requirements:
  • 2+ years of route sales and/or food/grocery sales experience
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle from introduction to closing the deal
  • Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance coverage per the Company’s specified requirements
  • Must be able to lift products from 20lb to 35lb on a regular basis
  • Must be punctual and have reliable automobile transportation
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and efficiently champion customer needs
  • Prior experience cold calling
  • Well organized and able to keep track of visits and calls and follow up with customers as promised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to run a presentation from start to end
