Condustrial Inc. is actively seeking a competitive, energetic, self-motivated, and trainable candidate for our Sales/Account Manager position in the Raleigh, NC market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a successful territory by offering our services to construction and industrial accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and prospects to provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with the office team (Director of Operations & Project Coordinator) to meet company and client needs
  • Handle all reporting requirements related to daily client meetings
  • Plan to begin and end most days in the office (this is essential for success, as it fosters collaboration with the office team and field employees)


Requirements:

  • Customer service or construction experience is helpful but not required – we will train!
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-service environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with blue-collar jobs is beneficial, but not necessary
  • A positive attitude and motivation to make customer calls daily
