As the Assistant Sales Project Manager, you’ll work alongside the Senior Sales Project Manager to support critical sales initiatives, coordinate software enhancements, analyze sales performance, and help ensure the Sales team has the tools and information needed to succeed. This role offers the opportunity to build project management expertise while directly impacting sales operations across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Sales Project Manager in managing multiple sales projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate the Sales software lifecycle by working with vendors, participating in system testing, submitting enhancement requests, and tracking software deployments through implementation
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports that measure key performance indicators and support management decision-making
  • Monitor daily sales call logs to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements that increase sales effectiveness
  • Assist in developing training materials and communications for Sales software updates, new lottery games, and other sales initiatives
  • Generate retailer communications to support promotions and sales programs
  • Track commission sign-off documentation and maintain organized project records
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Recommend process improvements, best practices, and tools that increase efficiency and productivity
  • Organize and maintain annual sales documentation and project files


Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Lottery industry
  • Experience supporting projects, sales operations, business analysis, or related functions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven with an understanding of sales processes and business operations.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Hiring Rate: $62,226 (this position will be filled at or near the posted rate)
