Key Responsibilities:


Contract Review and Scope Management:

  • Thoroughly review contracts and project scopes.
  • Manage all financial aspects of each project.

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Conduct precise quantity takeoffs from construction documents using Planswift or similar software for project proposals.
  • Efficiently manage workload according to contracted scopes of work.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules.
  • Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with scope and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Maintain professional client relationships and ensure consistent communication.
  • Professionally represents the company in meetings with General Contractors.
  • Collaborate effectively with Doggett Project Superintendents for seamless project execution.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Process and issue sales agreements and subcontracts.
  • Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and project changes meticulously.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of changes for additional cost assessments.
  • Monitor and track quantities of supplied materials for all projects.

Proposal Preparation and Estimation:

  • Create comprehensive concrete proposals with all necessary documentation for submission.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates and proposals.

Safety and Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain a safe work environment and uphold quality standards.
  • Monitors Superintendents and Field Crews in order to ensure Doggett safety practices and safety documentation is completed correctly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience; Associate's degree with relevant experience considered.
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in concrete construction.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects, ensuring cost control, schedule adherence, safety, and quality.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with Superintendents, vendors, and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project, and familiar with construction software, i.e. PlanSwift, Procore and Bluebeam.
