Provide exceptional service to end-users, customers, regional managers, distributors, and technicians, via telephone, webinars, training, or site visits. Schedule and provide documentation necessary for installation, service/maintenance of customer equipment, to the highest possible standards while always protecting the best interest of the company and promoting the production and services of Boon Edam Americas by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and has complete ownership of sales projects from order booking to project completion.
  • Order booking, job costing analysis, and approving projects for production release/scheduling.
  • Accurately manage and forecast project backlog.
  • Provide technical information and explanations of products and services to customers.
  • Plan, implement, monitor, and communicate project scope of work and schedule.
  • Liaison with internal company departments to serve customers.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Obtain all relevant information, managing time, resources, and forward planning to ensure timely & efficient site attendance in carrying out scheduled installations, service, warranty, and maintenance.
  • Promptly and accurately complete and submit all relevant site/product/customer related documentation in addition to Company work orders, purchase orders, insurance documents, field quality reporting, timesheets and expenses and other required documentation.
  • Complying with all customer site requirements (including safety procedures) where they do not conflict with the Company interests/guidelines.
  • Communicating effectively and constructively, both verbally and in writing, always displaying a courteous, professional, and responsible attitude towards work, safety, colleagues, and customers. Communicate any difficulties with manager

Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate degree plus 3 years inside sales/project coordination/project management

experience or equivalent years’ work experience; Bachelor’s degree a plus

  • Previous Boon Edam and/or construction experience a plus
  • 1-3 sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with inside sales, account management, project management
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool experience required.
  • Displays high energy and enthusiasm under tight deadlines and work pressures.
  • Ability to clearly convey information and ideas through both verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to effectively work as an active and contributing member of a team to complete assignments and achieve goals.
  • Ability to use appropriate interpersonal skills and methods in difficult and complex situations to provide resolutions to customers.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus (reading and writing)
  • Thrives in fast pace/high volume office atmosphere.
