The Sales Operations Manager serves as a strategic partner to the field, leveraging data-driven insights to support and accelerate sales performance across assigned areas of responsibility (AORs). This role is responsible for analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and delivering actionable recommendations that drive growth and improve overall effectiveness.
Sales Operations develops a strong understanding of their regions and proactively provide meaningful insights to Sales and Regional Managers, enabling informed decision-making and timely adjustments to strategy and focus. In addition, this role plays a key part in supporting field development by identifying skill gaps, assisting with training initiatives, and reinforcing best practices that improve individual and team performance.
A core component of the position includes tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sales performance to recognize high-performing team members while also uncovering opportunities for coaching and development.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, contributing to the development and execution of initiatives that have a direct impact on business outcomes. The ideal candidate builds strong cross-functional relationships, communicates effectively, and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to every interaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Recognize, develop, and implement process improvements within the sales organization
-Prepare forecasts by market and analyze data to evaluate current goals.
-Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and key performance indicators
-Present business analysis on pricing, compensation, reporting, auditing and strategic projects to the Executive Team
-Understand how sales leads work, and how to maximize the opportunities provided by the company to the sales team.

-Partner with sales leaders to identify areas of opportunity and to identify problems before they arise
-Establish and maintain ongoing communication with sales managers in multiple territories
-Analyze and make recommendations in defining sales territories

-Develop Relationships with our Regional managers to become their partner.


Requirements and Proficiencies
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
-Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to build new processes and methodologies
-Willingness to travel up to 20% to offices across the country.
-Ability to account for diverse and complex business issues in simple and practical ways
Education and Experience
-Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline from an accredited university or college
-Minimum 5 years sales/marketing analysis experience or business management
