Coconut Creek Automall, home of some of the the top volume Genesis and Hyundai dealers in the nation, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional to lead our sales team and help drive performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. In this role, you will guide day-to-day sales operations, support team development, and work closely with leadership to create an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven ability to coach teams, analyze results, and achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual performance goals.
  • Monitor sales activity, pipeline development, and closing ratios to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Train team members on product knowledge, sales processes, customer engagement, and follow-up best practices.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from first contact through delivery.
