This position follows a route around the Luck, WI area.  


JOB DESCRIPTION: The Sales Consultant provide exceptional service to their accounts, including promoting and selling the company's portfolio of brands, merchandising and displaying products and point of sale, and rotating product.  The Sales consultant executes the brand plans of our supplier partners to attain collective sales goals, works as part of a sales team to build collective success, and communicates with company and retailer partners to ensure smooth business operations.  


QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Efficient organizational and time management abilities that drive sales performance and execution 
  • Robust communication skills, including the ability to listen intently, ask questions, support team members, and craft compelling sales pitches 
  • Strong work ethic with a persistent drive to grow business 
  • Strong capacity to adapt to new challenges, including shifting market trends, sales performance expectations, and evolving retailer needs 
  • Committed to continuous learning of beverage business and sales strategies and skills.   
  • Competitive and self-motivated, with a passionate commitment to best-in-class service 
  • Acts with honesty and transparency and treats others with respect, dignity and fairness

  • Minimum of associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.   
  • Fluency with basic math skills

  • Ability to reach, twist and bend and lift up to 175 lbs. on occasion  
  • Must possess a valid driver's license 
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen 

COMPENSATION: $60,000-$70,000+, sales incentives available

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: 

  • Have and develop knowledge of GB products and pricing, and customers and retailers on route.  
  • Make professional presentations to grow sales by recommending new items, merchandising concepts, including floor displays, permanent point of sale material, and product promotion.???? 
  • Complete all sales orders properly and accurately, ensuring exceptional customer service.  
  • Check for proper rotation and pricing accuracy of all products.??? 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position GB products in the market.??? 
  • Supply accurate sales forecasts, monitor programs, participate in incentives and complete required documentation and administrative tasks.?? 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
