Job description

About the role

Scale Computing is looking for a Sales Operations & Renewals Coordinator to support and drive key operational initiatives across our partner and distribution ecosystem in North and South America.

This role is hands on and execution focused, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional coordination and project management. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams to improve how we operate with partners, manage post-sales deployments and product transitions, and support scalable growth across regions.

The position is based out of our Gatineau, Quebec office and requires regular in person collaboration with internal teams.



What youll be doing

  • Review and improve sales and partner operations processes, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and execution
  • Lead distributor and partner ecosystem initiatives, including onboarding, enablement, performance management, and restructuring when required
  • Manage and coordinate post-sales deployment projects, working across Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely and successful customer and partner implementations
  • Coordinate and support multi-region product transitions and migrations (SKUs, pricing changes, EOL/EOS, inventory run down)
  • Act as a central point of coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and operational execution
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational rhythms (QBRs, tracking, follow ups) to support leadership visibility
  • Provide clear, structured analysis and recommendations to senior management
  • Support change management, documentation, and training for internal teams and partners



What were looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) and strong professional English communication skills
  • Direct experience working with Latin American markets and distributor or partner ecosystems
  • Experience with networking and SDWAN technologies, including platforms such as ELFIQ, Adaptiv, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or comparable solutions
  • Experience working in environments that require coordination across sales, operations, and delivery functions, including postsales activities
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple teams, regions, and stakeholders



Nice to have

  • Experience in sales operations, business operations, or consulting style roles
  • Background in technology companies operating across multiple regions
  • Experience supporting product lifecycle or migration initiatives



Work location & presence

This is a Quebec based role, tied to Scale Computings Gatineau office.
The successful candidate will be required to be on site a minimum of three days per week.
Remote work on other days may be considered based on business needs.
