Job description

Opportunity with a growing manufacturer in the PEMB space seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead internal sales execution and support functions. This role oversees Inside Sales and Project Management while driving process improvements across the full sales-to-delivery lifecycle.

This is a high-impact position focused on building structure, improving workflows, and strengthening coordination between sales, operations, and production.
 


QualificationsKey Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop Inside Sales and Project Management teams
  • Oversee sales execution from contract through project delivery
  • Build structure, accountability, and performance standards across teams
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Standardize workflows across quoting, order management, and coordination
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, operations, and production
  • Track KPIs such as order cycle time, backlog, and team productivity
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering and leadership
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in sales operations, inside sales, project management, or similar
