At HomeShield Pest Control, we provide top-tier pest management solutions driven by customer satisfaction, team growth, and operational excellence. As we expand our reach, we are seeking a dedicated and strategicSales Operations Managerto lead, mentor, and optimize our field sales team.


Position Summary

TheSales Operations Managerplays a critical leadership role in driving field sales performance, improving close rates, and ensuring higher contract values across the sales team. You will work closely with sales representatives through direct field coaching, ride-alongs, performance reporting, and process optimization to ensure operational consistency, inspection accuracy, and sales excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Field Coaching & Development:Conduct regular field ride-alongs with sales representatives to observe, evaluate, and coach them on inspection techniques, customer communication, and closing strategies.


  • Performance Management:Track individual and team sales metrics, providing actionable feedback and structured follow-up plans following field evaluations.


  • Sales Strategy & Execution:Implement sales operational strategies to drive team conversion rates and increase average contract values.


  • Reporting & Analysis:Generate comprehensive post-ride-along reports, track team KPIs, and report performance trends directly to senior executive leadership.


  • Cross-Functional Leadership:Serve as a bridge between field sales representatives and operational leadership to streamline lead flow, scheduling, and service delivery.


  • Training & Onboarding:Help train new sales hires on HomeShield's sales scripts, inspection standards, CRM tools, and compliance protocols.



Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales management, sales operations, or field sales leadership (pest control or home services industry experience strongly preferred).


  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and elevate sales team performance.


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn key metrics into actionable field strategies.


  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and willingness to conduct field work across Los Angeles county.



Compensation & Benefits Plan

  • Base Compensation: $70,304.00 annually (Paid bi weekly)


  • Performance KPI Bonus: Eligible for performance-based Key Performance Indicator (KPI) bonuses of up to $1,200.00 per month based on team execution, coaching metrics, and sales goals.
