Join a dynamic team, in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions, you'll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.
C4ISR's Adaptive Communications and Sensing product line has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Program Manager to join the team. The Product Line is well positioned for growth in the coming years and is looking for a dynamic individual to join us. Our Operations Program Manager, (OPM), will oversee the coordinating of all Operations activities on a production Program. The OPM is the single point of contact for the Operations and Production team and is responsible for the execution of the program.
The OPM oversees and manages the Operations project(s) and serves as liaison between the Program Office, Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Planning, Quality, and the factory. The OPM prepares project execution plans and identifies technical and factory resources needed to meet the businesses goals and objectives. The OPM reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports. Finally, the OPM identifies all issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity and quality requirements.

Required Skills and Education
  • 6+ years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience with regard to EVMS and Cost Account Management
  • Excellent program/project management skills
  • Business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage scope and budget
  • Demonstrated Cross Functional Leadership
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Have the ability to obtain a secret security clearance
