Who We Are 
Tasso is a fast-growing Seattle-based startup focused on delivering at-home diagnostic testing to those who need it most. We are growing our footprint with leading health systems, clinical research organizations, academic medical centers, and more who are looking to deliver clinical-grade, convenient diagnostic tests to their patients. Tasso was originally founded to find a better way to collect blood instead of a painful fingerstick or time-consuming venous draw. Since then, our products have been used in pharmaceutical clinical trials, by Olympians as part of a new virtual anti-doping program, and broadly by hospital systems across the US. 
We are seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for sales support, providing order management and CRM support to the Sales team. This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of B2B sales support experience.
What You Will Do 

  • Process customer and internal order requests with precision, maintaining accuracy across all relevant systems (CRM, ERP, 3PL) while adhering to established processes and best practices. 
  • Partners with cross-functional departments as needed to ensure customer orders are prioritized and shipped correctly. 
  • Ensure all documents are completed accurately and on time and maintain sales records. 
  • Maintain CRM database with updated customer information and customer approvals as required. 
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone or email. 
  • Interact with accounts to obtain missing information, answer queries, and troubleshoot customer order issues. 
  • Manage and coordinate sales samples for customers and trade shows. 
  • Analyze and resolve non-routine business issues using independent judgment. 
  • Work with system users and business teams to improve CRM processes ensuring compliance, consistency, and validity of data and reporting. 
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with Company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.  
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the company.  
 
Who You Are 
  • Bachelor’s degree required or 3+ year(s) of Customer Service/B2B Sales. 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Strong CRM knowledge, such as Salesforce or other CRM systems, is a must. 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
