How will you make anย impact:ย 

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager who will coordinate work amongst other members of the Sales Operations team and other stakeholder groups in supporting ADLINK Technology, Inc.โ€™s growing business efforts and customer base.
The Sales Operations Manager is office based. ย 

What will you do:ย 

โ€ข Manages Customer Account Management Specialist team and monitors, plans, and implements projects supporting order fulfillment activities.
โ€ข Responsible for reviewing and updating sales processes, procedures & implementation of sales automation tools.
โ€ข Ensures compliance with company revenue recognition policies for booking and shipment of orders.
โ€ข Manages Customer & Sales escalations.
โ€ข Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of Sales operations.
โ€ข Creates and reviews Bill of Materials for item configurations.ย 
โ€ข Responsible for reviewing credit returns/cancellations/order pushes with the internal management team.
โ€ข Acts as liaison between Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
โ€ข Reviews and suggests forecasting for customers.
โ€ข Manages and reviews Sales Orders.
โ€ข Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
โ€ข Review factory order revision requests
โ€ข Supervise employees within the Sales Operations department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.ย

Experience & Qualifications
โ€ข 5+ years of related experience in sales operations and management and training
โ€ข Previous management experience is required.
โ€ข Familiar with a variety of the fieldโ€™s concepts, practices, and procedures.
โ€ข Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
โ€ข Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
โ€ข Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
โ€ข Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
โ€ข Self-motivated, adaptable, and excellent organizational and planning skills; results-oriented.
โ€ข Strong time management, excellent interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
โ€ข Demonstrate ability to achieve operational excellence through strong analytical skills.
โ€ข Ability to set up processes/procedures and make recommendations.
โ€ข Experience in using the Salesforce customer relationship management platform and/or Navision enterprise resource planning software is a plus.ย

Base Salary Range:ย $125,000 - $150,000 USD Individual offers are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This range does not include bonus compensation or benefits, which are outlined during the offer process.ย
