Position Summary:
The primary objectives of the Sales Operations Analyst are to execute projects, programs and day-to-day duties with an emphasis on sales processes and sales analytics & reporting. The Sales Operations Analyst will also service a liaison with other functional groups (Product Management, Finance, and Legal) to ensure Sales systems are up to date with latest Product and Pricing information.
Job Scope:
ย ย ย  Works closely with and under the direction of Sales Operations Management on supporting Sales Management including Sales Pipeline activities, sales-finance reconciliation, sales forecasting and systems development
ย ย ย  Partners with Sales Management to monitor and track effectiveness of sales performance, activities based performance metrics, pilot programs and report results
ย ย ย  Provides reporting and analysis on sales trends, and other ad hoc reporting as needed
ย ย ย  Conducts operational projects and/or tasks at the direction of Sales Operations Management
ย ย ย  Manages multiple assignments and processes; while anticipating and preventing potential problems;
ย ย ย  Partners with finance to support reporting of Key Operating metrics: Transactions, Volume, Customer Counts
ย ย ย  Actively consults with Sales Leadership on complex operational data needs
ย ย ย  Broadens knowledge through understanding business trends and objectives
ย ย ย  Proactively identifies process inefficiencies and manage projects and tasks to streamline and automate
ย ย ย  Other Sales Operations tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:
ย ย ย  Bachelor's degree required
ย ย ย  3-5 years' experience in Sales Operations preferred
ย ย ย  Siebel, Salesforce.com or similar CRM system experience required
ย ย ย  Expert use of EXCEL (Charts, Pivot Tables, VLookups)
ย ย ย  Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
ย ย ย  Self-starter with track record of creativity and innovation
ย ย ย  Strong problem solving and analytical skills with great business sense
ย ย ย  Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly
ย ย ย  Excellent oral and written communications skills
