Overview

Sealevel Systems, Inc., is an industrial I/O design and manufacturing company, providing customizable and interoperable I/O solutions to customers since 1986. Our story began with serial communication innovations and continues with I/O interfaces and cutting-edge industrial computers – engineered and manufactured at our headquarters in Liberty, South Carolina.


Sealevel Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and responsive Sales Operations Representative to support customers throughout the ordering and purchasing process. This role responds to order-related inquiries, reviews and processes customer orders, confirms required information, enters orders, communicates status, and coordinates with internal teams to support timely fulfillment.


The position also helps route customer needs to the right internal resource. Technical product questions are directed to Sealevel’ s Technical Support or Sales teams, while sales opportunities and nonstandard commercial requests are escalated to the appropriate sales owner.


Reporting Relationship

The position will report to the Sales Operations Manager



Objectives and Responsibilities 

  • Respond to order-related inquiries received by phone, email, website forms, and web chat.
  • Review orders for completeness and confirm customer billing, shipping, payment, and product information.
  • Enter customer orders accurately and promptly into company enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • Provide routine order acknowledgments, status updates, and shipment information.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Finance, Operations, and Shipping to resolve order questions or discrepancies.
  • Route technical product questions and troubleshooting requests to the appropriate technical resource.
  • Escalate custom requirements, pricing exceptions, significant order changes, customer concerns, or potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive customer, payment, pricing, and company information with discretion.
