Due to continuous growth, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Associate at our BackYard Storage Lot in Traveler's Rest, SC.

We are looking for someone self-motivated who thrives working in a team environment and pushes others to excel by competing and leading by example.

This person in this position will be responsible for closing sales of BackYard Storage products and organizing lot operations while maintaining an accurate inventory count. They will also be responsible for social media presence and engaging with customers on a daily basis.

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Maintain a clean and organized office and sales lot.
  • Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network.
  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the product's features and benefits.
  • Maximize lead generation opportunities and demonstrate strong follow-up.
  • Help maintain the appearance and display of the inventory and sales center.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
  • Address customer satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Network using social media and other outlets to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
