Are you a detail-driven problem solver with a passion for sales technology and operational efficiency? National Trade Productions, Inc. located in Alexandria, VA is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales systems, strengthen data integrity, and streamline processes that drive revenue and business growth. This role serves as the department expert for CRM and sales technology, ensuring data accuracy, improving efficiencies, supporting reporting needs, and training employees on systems and processes.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, technology-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and maintain sales databases and technology platforms, including HubSpot, a2z, MYS, ZoomInfo, and Asana.
  • Ensure database accuracy, integrity, and efficiency; manage lead imports and system setup.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with CRM and technology vendors and coordinate with IT on system support.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales processes and technology.
  • Develop and provide client, sales performance, financial, and internal reports.
  • Support dashboards, mailing lists, commissions reporting, and marketing automation initiatives.
  • Train new and existing employees on database systems, features, and processes.
  • Lead or support research, sales, and cross-departmental projects.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, IT, Marketing, Event Services, and Operations on reporting, systems, and business needs.
  • Provide sales support during peak periods or as needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, database administration, or a related sales role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, database research tools, and sales technology.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and/or floor plan software preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical and research abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proactive, adaptable, professional, and collaborative approach.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training and event support.
