Overview
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Sales Operations Leader to play a pivotal role in strengthening our Michigan/Ohio Branch culture while supporting tactical marketing efforts and sales pipeline management. This opportunity is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, values cross-functional collaboration, and brings innovative ideas to both internal iniatives and external marketing efforts. 

This role sits at the intersection of sales growth, marketing execution, and culture development, providing direct support to producers and leadership while helping to foster a highly engaged, high-performing culture. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, supporting revenue-generating initiatives, creating impactful communications, and bringing people together around a shared vision.


How you'll make an impact
Sales Support & Business Development (50%)
  • Support producers, sales leaders, and growth initiatives throughout the Michigan and Ohio Branch.
  • Assist with pipeline management, CRM administration, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate business development campaigns, prospecting initiatives, and lead-generation efforts.
  • Collaborates with Area President and Market Leaders to manage branch sales meetings, producer communications, and growth programs.
  • Analyze pipelines and campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with leadership to promote best practices, collaboration, and accountability across sales teams.
  • Support strategic initiatives that drive organic growth and client retention.
Marketing & Creative Excellence (25%)
  • Design impactful presentations, sales materials, proposals, and marketing collateral.
  • Create content for internal communications, events, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Support regional branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all communications.
  • Bring creativity and visual storytelling to client and internal presentations.
  • Promote team successes, business wins, and growth initiatives through engaging communications.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and measure performance to improve future results.
Culture & Employee Engagement (25%)
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen a high-performance sales culture.
  • Coordinate employee recognition, engagement, wellness, and team-building programs.
  • Support branch events, town halls, celebrations, and culture campaigns.
  • Help foster collaboration, communication, and employee connection across the region.
  • Collect feedback and track engagement metrics to improve employee experience initiatives.
  • Support recruitment branding and activities that reinforce organizational values and culture.

About You

Required:

  • A/BS degree plus 5 plus years experience developing and executing Sales development and reinforcement strategies or HS Diploma/equivalent plus 9 plus years experience developing and delivering Sales Training and reinforcement strategies.
  • 5 plus years experience in sales, sales management or sales consulting with a proven track record for retaining existing clients as well as new business origination.
  • Proven experience utilizing Microsoft 365 Copilot in a professional environment to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and support business operations.
     

Preferred:

  • Experience within insurance brokerage, professional services, or a sales-driven organization.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems.
  • Event planning and project management experience.
  • Graphic design, content creation, or video production skills.
  • Passion for employee experience, organizational culture, and sales excellence.
