Position Overview

The Field Sales Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Field Sales Operations Manager and provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Field Sales team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Field Sales team, responding to questions, coordinating requests, and helping ensure timely resolution of field needs.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Field Sales team members, appropriately routing requests and collaborating with internal partners as needed.
  • Support ongoing Field Sales initiatives and operational projects, including fleet management, reporting, training coordination, forms, and other team resources.
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, internal trackers, and documentation related to sales samples, inventories, new hire information, and other sales resources.
  • Coordinate the submission and tracking of product sample requests for the Field Sales team.
  • Help maintain accurate and organized data to support effective communication and coordination across Sales, Operations, and other internal teams.
  • Coordinate the shipment of materials, supplies, and other items from headquarters to Field Sales team members as needed.
  • Support the new-hire apparel process, including account or order setup, ordering, tracking, and distribution.
  • Assist with additional Field Sales Operations projects and administrative needs as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, administrative support, sales support, or a related role preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals across different teams and levels of the organization.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach with a strong customer-service mindset when supporting internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify needs and problem-solve effectively.
  • Adaptable and comfortable learning new systems, processes, and responsibilities.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
