Description: Administrative & Operations Support

Position Summary: Leading South Florida cabling contractor seeks ambitious, task-oriented professional to fill the position of Administrative & Operations Support. Candidate would be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to meet and exceed customer and senior management expectations for productivity, daily workflow, and accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Correspondence and Coordination

  • Maintain customer communication via email, phone, and site visits
  • Deliver submittal package to customer for approval
  • Ensure As-Build, As-Built, Test Results and Customer Acceptance form are sent to customer and saved on the drive
  • Attend project turnovers with Field Operations Manager and Sales team member to review scope, materials, timelines, etc.
  • Request permit process to begin by providing required information
  • Request inspections as needed

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Enter, organize, and maintain accurate customer contact information in the Job Management Software.
  • Evaluate, understand and match information entered on customer quotes, work orders and inventory worksheets to information entered in the Job Management Software.
  • Work closely with Warehouse and Project Managers to collect, analysis and enter all necessary information needed to close completed projects and prepare them for invoicing.
  • Use excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to interact positively with senior management, employees, and customers.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as instructed by senior management.

Material Orders

  • Order rough, trim out, and change order material using material order process
