Job Title: Experienced Service Technician
Department: Blue Wave Communications, LLC
Reports To: Operations Manager
SUMMARY
Assist in the installation of communications cabling for telephone and computer systems by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.
*Assist the Lead Technician in efforts to move, change, install, repair, or remove communications cabling on customer premises.
*Report to assigned work location on time and properly prepared with the correct hand tools
*Properly fills out time sheet on a daily basis
*Read industry related periodicals to keep current on new products, cable installation procedures, troubleshooting practices, etc.
