Job description

What You'll Do
Order Management
o Price and correct customer orders daily.
o Confirm orders to customers as required.
o Partner with the Pricing Coordinator to ensure pricing is accurately loaded into the system.
o Assist the Sales team with creating and maintaining quotes, list deals, and contracts as needed.
o Support the Sales team with pricing changes and assist in resolving discrepancies between customer pricing and system pricing.
Sales Support
o Assist the Sales team with sample and equipment requests as needed.
o Manage incoming sales calls from Reception by providing basic production information and directing purchase inquiries to the appropriate Sales team member.
o Coordinate sales meeting planning and preparation.
Deduction Support
o Support communication and collaboration between the Field Sales and the Deductions team.
o Review weekly "Waiting on Sales" report to identify recurring deduction issues and drive timely resolution.
o Work with salespersons and the AFS Coordinator to resolve contract-related deduction issues.
o Work with salespersons on next steps, ownership and deadlines.
o Meet regularly with the Sales team to review outstanding deductions to minimize write-offs due to aging.
Data error correction & investigation
o Work with Sales team to determine resolutions and provide required information to the FS DPA Administrator for routing system updates.
o Work cross-functionally to identify root causes of errors and develop training, processes, and solutions to prevent recurring issues.
o Maintain FSE Sample Integration with CRM and resolve errors during daily uploads.
  • Provide backup support for other Sales Operations tasks as needed.
  • Maintain and update organizational charts and contact lists.
  • Responsibilities subject to change as business needs evolve.
