Job description

GaggleAMP isn’t hiring a sales manager... We’re hiring an owner.

Somewhere there’s a sales manager who’s been carrying a mediocre team on their back for two years,

watching the number get sandbagged, and thinking ‘I could build this right.’ This role is for that person.
What you’ll own:

• The number -- full stop

• Pipeline discipline and SQL-to-close execution

• A forecast leadership trusts before the quarter ends, not after

• The system -- find where it breaks, fix it, don’t break what works

• The feedback loop between sales, marketing, and leadership

• The foundation that makes the next hire obvious and fast
What we don’t want:

• Someone who has only carried a bag and wants a title on the side

• Managers who lead through presence instead of systems

• Anyone who needs headcount and infrastructure to be effective

• “Let me loop in the team” people

Requirements

What we want:

• You’ve managed a sales team at a SaaS company and have the numbers to prove it

• You’ve closed complex deals yourself, you know what good looks like from the inside

• You build systems that outlast you

• You hold people accountable without making it personal

• You already use AI in your daily workflow and can name exactly how

• You find patterns in lost deals before anyone asks you to
If the number being wrong is someone else’s problem, stay where you are.

If you’re ready to own it, apply! Candidates will be asked to answer a brief set of written questions before the first call. If that feels like a barrier, this isn’t the right fit. If it feels fair, we want to hear from you.
All applicants are required to complete the Culture Index survey prior to being considered for this position. Please copy and paste this link into your browser's address bar: https://go.cultureindex.com/p/ltO5WI8PdqYxAszNo
OTE $130,000 - $200,000

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental & Vision insurance (after 30 days).
  • Matching 401K (after 6 months).
  • Join an exciting and dynamic company with a strong leadership team and culture.
  • Grow professionally by gaining powerful experience managing relationships in the digital marketing space.
  • Have the opportunity to contribute and directly impact the growth and direction of the company you work for.
