We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipeline Manager (DTC) with a strong background in inside sales within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our pipeline within Salesforce to support our sales and business acquisition efforts. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Sales Support: Maintain and improves the quality of data in the CRM database (Salesforce), by interacting with the Business Development Team across the region to ensure their inputs in the CRM database are realistic and meet the set targets, perform regular validation on the data and their completeness recorded in the CRM database, educating and assisting, if needed, the CRM database users to input the right data.
  • Actively Manage Opportunities: Working with the business acquisition team through the internal sales funnel cycle including proactively guiding opportunities through each sales stage gate transition including liaison with the Global Business Unit, Regional Teams, Corporate Risk etc.
  • Opportunity Coordination: Preparing PQQ/RFI presentations, Go/No-Go and Bid/No-Bid presentation for Regional approvals. Tracking opportunities throughout the internal departments, coordinating the internal approval processes, meetings, and follow up.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on sales funnel performance, including key metrics and insights for senior management. Develop clients and segment focused analytics reports with engaging dashboards that drive the backlog, the proposals planning, and tracks targets and budgets.
  • Data Quality: Ensure data integrity and accuracy of regional pipelines by performing regular data audits and cleansing activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, project management, and finance, to ensure Salesforce aligns with business needs and objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Prior experience in the construction and/or engineering industry, specifically in data center construction, is preferred.
  • Prior sales leadership experience.
  • Experience in the proposal process.
  • Willingness to support other teams during proposal efforts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including customization, configuration, and data management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform complex tasks typically following established processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization, coordination, alignment, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
