Our Raleigh based headquarters is expanding, and we're seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to join our team.

Position Summary

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for nurturing existing in market clients while generating new revenue opportunities by both prospecting independently and following up on assigned sales leads. This role is accountable for meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales bookings goals as well as annual sales funnel goals. Success also depends on maintaining an accurate Microsoft Dynamics CRM for activity tracking, lead management, and opportunity creation to provide management with visibility into performance and forecasting.

The Account Manager must also successfully manage projects and build strong, collaborative relationships with internal support teams in design, OMS, and project management, ensuring best-in-class client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience; contract furniture, interiors, or related industry strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and funnel development goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to leverage Microsoft Dynamics CRM for sales tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in both independent prospecting and lead follow-up.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional support teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and client-focused.

  • Satisfactory MVR (driving record)
  • D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require a drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check, and required testing, a valid Driver's License, and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy
