This role is ideal for a strong leader with construction or building industry experience who understands margins, market trends, and how to drive profitable growth.

Position Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the DLD sales team, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring profitability. This position requires strategic leadership, hands-on collaboration, and strong market awareness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable (LMA) the DLD Sales team
  • Achieve revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identify emerging markets, industry trends, and competitive shifts
  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives
  • Present accurate and timely sales funnel updates to leadership
  • Report sales performance weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Identify and develop key accounts; participate in account-level sales meetings
  • Increase profit margins while expanding market share
  • Lead weekly sales meetings
  • Assign and balance new accounts across the sales team
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives on quoting and proposal development
  • Manage sales accounts receivable to meet company goals
  • Partner with operations to ensure delivery efficiency and order accuracy
