We seek professionals who understand the value of solution-based selling, technical sales, and consultative sales strategies, and who are committed to delivering measurable results and adding value at every step.

What We Offer:

Comprehensive product training and territory strategy training to equip you with the tools and knowledge to create innovative customer solutions.
Extensive support and training on internal systems, including CRM, target sheets, sales reporting tools, and account management processes.

  • Provide expert technical support, product guidance, and best-practice recommendations for product usage and application.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings to communicate technical value and return on investment.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth across the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including regional leadership, inside sales, operations, engineering, and channel partners.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including opportunities, customer activity, forecasts, target sheets, and sales pipeline updates.
  • Support customer satisfaction by ensuring sales, projects, and services are delivered on time and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Travel by car or plane as needed to support customer visits, sales meetings, territory development, and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales presentations, new business development, and customer-facing technical sales.
  • Proven skills in relationship building, customer service, account management, and long-term client development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions to engineering and operations audiences.
  • Proven track record in sales growth, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and managing a territory.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong sales operations skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, CRM documentation, and territory planning.
  • Experience in territory sales, outside sales, field sales, or a related customer-facing sales role.
  • Ability to travel by car or plane up to 50–70% of the time.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and consultative selling ability.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage accounts, opportunities, sales activity, and customer communication.
  • Previous experience in industrial equipment sales, manufacturing technology, automation, tooling, or related technical products is recommended.
