The SeniorTechnicalSolution Architect willwork directly with customers,assistingaccountexecutivesin sales calls and business development in a pre-salescapacity, recommending business and technical solutions and creating statements of work.This is a customer-facing role with opportunities to shape the way we engage clients, deliver projects,and adoptnew technologies.

  • Creating architectural designs, infrastructure/connectivity analysis & design.
  • Leading onsite (or virtual) workshops.
  • Own andmanage discovery & design sessions, writing documentation, bills of materials, creating project estimates, and statements of work.
  • Partner with account executives to lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions with enterprise clients.
  • Develop and present tailored solution architectures that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with detailed, solution-specific content.
  • Influence product development through feedback based on client interactions and market demand.
  • Mentor junior solution architects and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the pre-sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and salesteams to ensure technical feasibility and seamless post-sale transitions.
  • Maintain deepexpertisein company offerings, competitive positioning, and industry trends.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, ora related field.
  • 7 - 9years of experience in a solution architect, pre-sales engineer, or related technical consulting role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening,negotiationand presentation skills. Confirmed technical knowledge and consultative skills andableto train anddisseminateinformation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management, vendors, and customers.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical/reasoning skills.
  • Proven time management skills whileremainingflexible in responding to changing company and client needs.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Proven experience designing and presenting complex technical solutions to enterprise-level customers.
  • CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert)
