Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Sales & Technical Sales Enablement Lead to design and scale world-class enablement that drives performance across our Sales and Technical Sales organization, with a strong focus on accelerating hybrid cloud adoption and value realization across multi-cloud portfolio.
This role is focused on elevating how we sell, position, and deliver value to customers -ensuring sellers, solution engineers, and partner technical leads are equipped with the skills, workflows, and tools needed to win in complex, multi-cloud selling environments.
Enablement is undergoing a fundamental transformation, and this role sits at the center of that shift. The ideal candidate actively leverages cutting-edge AI tools and techniques-including AI-assisted content creation, role-based learning journeys, in-the-flow coaching, deal and account intelligence, and adaptive enablement experiences-to dramatically increase enablement velocity, relevance, and impact. This is not about experimentation for its own sake, but about thoughtfully applying AI to reimagine how field teams learn, prepare, and execute.
The ideal candidate is a modern enablement leader who deeply understands B2B sales motions, technical selling, and partner ecosystems, and who can translate strategy into practical, field-ready enablement that shows up in behavior change, execution quality, and business outcomes.
This role reports to the Manager, Tech Team Excellence and works in close partnership with Sales, Technical Sales, Partner Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
This role owns enablement across the full revenue field ecosystem, including:
  • Sales
  • Technical Sales / Solution Engineers
  • Partner Sellers and Partner Technical Leads
  • First-line and second-line leaders across Sales and Technical Sales

Responsibilities
Sales & Technical Sales Enablement Strategy
• Lead global sales and technical enablement aligned to business, product, and GTM priorities.
• Drive field readiness, value selling, technical excellence, and cloud growth.
• Translate strategy into scalable enablement programs and playbooks.
Role-Based Enablement
Lead enablement across:
• Prospecting and discovery
• Account planning
• Value selling and business cases
• Technical positioning and demos
• Deal strategy and forecasting
• Onboarding and productivity
• Cloud and hybrid solution selling
Leader & Manager Enablement
• Equip leaders with coaching tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Integrate enablement into performance, pipeline, and deal reviews.
• Reinforce adoption of key sales and technical behaviors.
Cross-Functional Alignment
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Cloud, and Revenue Operations.
• Align field readiness, messaging, launches, and capability development.
• Connect business strategy with field execution.
Measurement & Impact
• Define and track enablement success metrics and business outcomes.
• Use data and feedback to optimize programs.
• Ensure investments drive measurable impact.
Requirements
Required
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Technical Sales Enablement, or a field-facing role (Sales or Solution Engineering or Cloud Solution Engineer experience strongly valued).
  • Deep understanding of B2B enterprise sales motions and complex, technical solution selling, value selling.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, role-based enablement programs.
  • Working knowledge of cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud selling motions
  • Demonstrated ability to apply modern AI tools to sales and technical enablement (e.g., AI-assisted content creation, in-the-flow coaching, role-based learning, or deal and account intelligence) to increase enablement effectiveness and field execution-without owning AI platforms or governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and comfort working with senior leaders.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting Solution Engineers, Architects, or Technical Pre-Sales teams.
  • Experience enabling partner ecosystems in a B2B or enterprise technology environment.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies, value selling, and technical discovery frameworks.
