Senior Living Sales Director
Heritage Senior Living Muskego, WI
Heritage Senior Living is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Senior Living Sales Director to lead community outreach, referral development, marketing, and occupancy growth efforts. This role works closely with the Executive Director, Sales Team, and corporate leadership to strengthen partnerships, promote our services, and support families through the senior living journey.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and community organizations
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to support census and occupancy goals
  • Conduct tours, coordinate move-ins, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and families
  • Organize community events and outreach opportunities to promote the Heritage Senior Living brand
  • Track leads, referrals, and sales activity using CRM/PCC systems
  • Train and support staff on customer service and inquiry processes
  • Collaborate with leadership teams across departments to ensure a positive resident experience

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of marketing, sales, healthcare, or senior living experience
  • Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales opportunities
  • Experience with assisted living or memory care preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly
  • Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays
