Serra Toyota is currently seeking an experienced and accomplished Automotive Sales Manager to oversee and lead our high-performing new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations. This position represents a critical leadership role for an individual with a proven track record of achieving results, enhancing team performance, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the sales department with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recruit, train, and lead sales associates with emphasis on achieving performance excellence.
  • Demonstrate exceptional closing capabilities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations relevant to automotive sales operations.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Ensure high standards are consistently maintained for vehicle deliveries to customers.
  • Oversee that sales representatives adhere to all dealership policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
