L&M Corrugated Container is seeking a Sales Manager Trainee to develop into a future leader responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and leading our sales organization.
This position is designed for individuals with strong sales experience and leadership potential who want to grow into a member of our Executive Team.
Through a structured development program, the Sales Manager Trainee will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business including sales, customer service, design, and production.
What You'll Do
Learn the Business & the Industry
  • Develop a deep understanding of L&M's products, manufacturing processes, and customer applications
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Design teams
  • Learn pricing strategy, quoting processes, and cost structures
  • Analyze market trends and customer demand

Support Sales Growth
  • Assist with managing and developing customer accounts
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers
  • Participate in new business development efforts
  • Support forecasting and sales planning

Develop Leadership Skills
