The platform hosts thousands of providers and facilitates the online purchase and sale of aviation components. PureMRO.com also offers Microsites that enable advertisers to reach operators and maintenance organizations in a targeted way. The company focuses on streamlining aviation commerce and creating efficient digital channels for industry participants.

Role Description This remote Online Sales Specialist contract role is responsible for driving sales activity on the PureMRO.com platform and supporting marketplace growth. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective and existing customers, explaining platform features, and guiding users through listing, buying, and selling components. The specialist will execute online outreach campaigns, follow up on leads, and promote Microsites and other advertising options to aviation businesses. Additional responsibilities include providing responsive customer support, gathering feedback to improve user experience, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize sales processes and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills to support users, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills for email, phone, and virtual meetings with global clients.
  • Proven Sales skills in outbound/inbound selling, lead follow-up, and closing online marketplace transactions.
