What You'll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting - Cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, emails, phone, text, and social media outreach - whatever it takes to connect and convert.
  • Follow up on inbound leads - Speed to lead is the biggest factor in inbound conversion rates.
  • Fill the pipeline - Identify and generate new leads to build a rock-solid sales funnel.
  • Qualify like a pro - Ask the right questions, dig deep, and uncover real opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team - Work closely with sales, product, support, and design teams to understand our solutions and drive results.

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of business development or sales experience (bonus points for SaaS, Incentives, Martech or B2B sales).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with CRM, social media, and other sales tech (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills, you know how to connect and engage.
