Their main goal is to engage prospective customers, assess their needs, and determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services. SDRs typically reach out to leads through cold calls, emails, or social media, and then pass qualified opportunities to sales executives or account managers to close the deal. This role is crucial for building a strong sales pipeline and ensuring business growth.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a sales development rep, and why are they important?

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing technology company helping organizations modernize operations, boost efficiency, and make smarter data-driven decisions.

We’re scaling fast — and we’re building a high-energy sales team that loves winning as much as we love having fun doing it.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2–5 years of tech sales experience who’s ready to close deals and crush goals.

This is a quota-carrying position focused on managing qualified leads from first contact to close. You’ll partner with BDRs, sales leadership, and internal experts to deliver tailored technology solutions that make a real difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage qualified B2B and B2G leads through the entire sales cycle
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations designed to solve real business problems
  • Use Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals and pricing
  • Assist in close deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Represent the company with energy, professionalism, and integrity

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in technology or software sales (B2G or B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding performance objectives
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable presenting technical solutions to non-technical decision-makers
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar software preferred
  • Driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Competitive pay + an achievable bonus plan
  • Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits
  • Real career growth and advancement opportunities
  • Recognition and rewards for top performance
  • A fun, fast-paced team culture that values both results and relationships

We’re on track to double our revenue in the next 18-20 months — and we want SDRs who want to grow with us. If you love technology sales and solutions, thrive in an energetic environment, and want to make a real impact — apply now and let’s win together.
