Job DescriptionThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. This role combines product knowledge, research, and outreach to understand customer needs and connect them with the right solutions. Working closely with the sales team, the SDR nurtures warm prospects, uncovers new opportunities, and ensures a seamless transition for qualified leads. This position is essential in shaping the early stages of the customer journey and strengthening our overall lead-generation strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Represent the company's products and services with a strong understanding of how our solutions address customer needs.
  • Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities and potential prospects.
  • Generate and nurture leads through outbound calling, emails, and CRM engagement.
  • Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate next steps with sales executives.
  • Build and sustain long-term, trusting relationships with potential customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to track activities and opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
