Job description

Xyte is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating and driving sales processes and working diligently to create a thriving sales funnel.

In this role you’ll work closely with the Director of Sales Development, the Marketing and Sales teams, as well as other stakeholders to help drive the growth of the company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating sales-qualified meetings within a predefined book of business
  • Continuously engaging with target prospects via email, LinkedIn, cold-calling, and other channels
  • Nurturing leads/accounts when there is a potential opportunity in the longer term
  • Keep careful records of interactions with leads in HubSpot
  • Working closely with the Director of Sales Development and the sales team

Requirements:

  • At least one year of lead-gen experience with a preferred background in one or more of the following:
  • Pitching SaaS/software to senior positions within Engineering departments and C-Suite
  • Pitching to SMB and MidMarket
  • Track record of being a top-producing SDR/BDR. Consistently hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Selling to the US / European markets
  • Outbound experience via email, LinkedIn, cold-calling, and other channels (events, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM/sales tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, or alternatives
  • Able to work in a hybrid model of 3x/week from our Hoboken, NJ office
