Business/Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location :- Chicago, IL

You as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) closely work with the sales and marketing teams to generate B2B leads with validated budget , authority relevant needs, time-bound projects and concrete next steps to be discussed with HERE Sales team. The SDR will work within a specific market and region to maximize the potential of the target accounts defined in cooperation with the sales team.
• Achieve agreed lead generation and pipeline creation targets
• Conduct research using a variety of different techniques including social media mining of target prospects and accounts for profiling
• Build strong relationships with internal clients in sales and marketing
• Identify account development potential within assigned accounts by studying and researching current business, qualifying key target buyer personas, identifying and evaluating additional needs and analyzing opportunities
• Initiate the sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments through multi-touch methods including but not limited to Calls, Emails, Online Messages, Posts, Comments, Media Likes and Shares
• Be the voice of the market by sharing learnings from engagement with prospects: persona descriptions, identified needs, competitive intelligence, and relaying prospect reactions
• Learn fast by attending internal trainings, reading professional publications, interacting with colleagues and learning on the job
xperience required:
• Min. 2 years of work experience, bonus if it as an LDR/SDR/BDR in tech industry
• Experience of generating qualified leads through cold calling a plus
• Demonstrated basic social selling skills
• Able to demonstrate a high level of consistent target achievement
• Able to demonstrate self-motivation to improve knowledge and skills through personal research and development
• IT / Technology savvy
• Performance driven, competitive mindset
Skills required:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
• Proficient in the use of Outreach
• Fluent in social media of all types
• Proficient in the use of LinkedIn, Messaging and InMail
• Ability to conduct research via social media or other means to gain insight into client's needs
• Demonstrated ability to converse and engage with senior level decision makers
