Job description

Vacancy Status

This posting is for a newly created position.

About Foursixty

We help brands turn their Instagram, TikTok, UGC, and ambassador content into shoppable galleries across their online store, email campaigns, and the Shop App. Our platform is built to enhance the social shopping experience by engaging customers, sparking inspiration, and increasing conversion and sales. Foursixty makes it easy to turn content into commerce.

We’re a fully remote team headquartered in Canada, made up of smart, humble, and genuinely kind people who care about doing great work. Join us as we take Foursixty to the next level.

The Role

As our first Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be on connecting with Foursixty prospects and getting them excited to learn more about our platform.

You’ll come up with creative ways to get merchants’ attention and build the playbook for how sales development works at Foursixty. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial person looking to have a big impact in their role.

What You’ll Do

  • Use our ICP to build an evolving list of hundreds of target accounts and contacts
  • Build a targeted list of prospective merchants for active outreach
  • Build a multi-channel sequence of thumb-stopping messages to create memorable moments and get responses
  • Formulate creative solutions to increase the number of meetings being booked, and experiment to see what works
  • Use the CRM to set reminders, track your meetings, add notes, and measure your progress toward your target
  • Meet regularly with our internal teams to share learnings, give and receive feedback, and encourage one another
  • Hit and exceed monthly “qualified meetings booked” targets
  • Learn from other team members, our customers, and your own self-guided learning until you’re a true expert on social commerce
  • Let your personality come through as you introduce your prospects to Foursixty and give them a face to put to the name

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Proven track record in outbound sales or business development, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • Strong bias for action. You push things forward and overcome obstacles
  • Clear, confident communication with the ability to catch people’s attention and generate excitement
  • Highly organized with a demonstrated attention to detail
  • Desire to constantly learn new things and enthusiasm for coming up with and testing new ideas

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience in ecommerce, either in sales, success, or another customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, or similar)
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment

Compensation

We offer a starting base salary of $55,000–$70,000 CAD depending on experience. This role includes a variable pay component, providing estimated total on-target earnings of $78,000–$95,000+ CAD.

We take a holistic approach to compensation at Foursixty. Total compensation includes salary, benefits, ESPP, an annual education allowance, and other perks.

Benefits

  • Work with a passionate, multi-talented group of tech enthusiasts who always go that extra mile
  • Work directly with company leadership and a smaller, tightly knit team
  • A fully remote company driven by deliverables, not hours
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, HSA, EFAP, and more)
  • Grow and own your area
  • $500 home office setup allowance
  • $500 annual education budget
  • Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • Paid parental leave (up to 12 weeks)

Why Choose Foursixty?

At Foursixty, we believe in openness, flexibility, and that innovative ideas can come from anywhere. As a company, we fully embrace a growth mindset through active listening, agile problem-solving, and empathetic decision-making.

We’re part of the Tiny family, and our customers love us (but don’t just take our word for it!).

If you’re the type of person who seeks out new challenges, wants to work with some of the best people in the SaaS ecommerce space, and wants to make a meaningful impact on a growing company, this is for you!

You might be a fit for this or one of our other opportunities.
