ROI Property Services is a growing landscape, hardscape, drainage, and property improvement company serving homeowners and commercial clients throughout Southeast Michigan. We specialize in patios, retaining walls, drainage solutions, landscape renovations, outdoor living spaces, and property maintenance.
We are looking for a motivated sales professional who can not only close incoming opportunities but also actively generate new business and help drive company growth.
Position Summary
The Landscape & Hardscape Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for generating revenue through both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities.
This position combines sales, estimating, relationship building, and business development. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, solving problems, building relationships, and helping customers improve their properties.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow with a company and play a major role in its future success.
Responsibilities
Sales & Estimating
  • Respond to leads quickly and professionally
  • Schedule and conduct on-site consultations
