The position will actively cover the Eastern half of the United States and report to the Director of Sales.

As an account manager you will grow, upsell, and manage sales accounts in the first year of their relationship with us to ensure all client needs are met quickly and professionally. After the initial onboarding phase for new clients, the Business Development Manager will also help assist the transition of landed clients to our client support team for ongoing management and support.
  • Order Management: A portion of your role will consist in managing orders from your clients to ensure accuracy and success of the order. This includes order entry and annotations in our system and CRM, answering customer inquiries on order status, and working with our production team to ensure order completion and shipment. This also includes communicating payment terms and when necessary, collection efforts should a customer fail to pay on a timely manner.
  • Sales Related Travel: As a sales professional, meeting our clients at their place of business is an important part of a successful relationship. Business Development Managers will visit their clients on a regular basis to deepen relationships and anticipate opportunities. In addition to client site visits, our business is committed to increasing our presence at domestic and international trade shows to showcase all that we can do and prospect for new sales leads.
