We are currently looking for an experienced Lusophone Africa Sales Manager to cover Mozambique, Angola, and Cape Verde.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive the sales and promotion of photovoltaic (PV) modules, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and inverters within the assigned territory.
  • Execute the regional sales strategy, implement company policies, manage customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Monitor market developments and provide timely feedback and recommendations to support the company’s business objectives.
  • Respond promptly to customer feedback and prepare regular sales and market reports.
  • Track industry trends, government policies, competitor activities, and market developments, providing strategic insights to support business growth.
  • Plan and execute business development activities, including exhibitions, conferences, customer seminars, and technical workshops.
  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, EPCs, and key industry stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the overseas sales and marketing of photovoltaic modules, energy storage systems, and/or inverters.
  • Strong understanding of the regional renewable energy market, sales processes, and distribution channels.
  • Established network of customers, distributors, EPCs, and industry contacts within the assigned region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is essential. English proficiency is also required.
