Job description

The Senior Consulting Services Sales Architect serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to develop and design implementation solutions in support of consulting engagements and/or sales opportunities. This position supports our EDI Services team to work with customers and complete sales cycles.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Coach and mentor Consulting Services Sales Architects ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery.
  • Support sales teams by helping develop consulting engagement structure, proposals, and statements of work.
  • Conduct current state capabilities and process assessments across business functions
  • and apply best practices, industry research, and competitor research to drive an
  • optimized future state capability and process architecture.
  • Assist with prospect discovery sessions, demos and planning meetings.
  • Prepare and provide requirements definition or estimates for quoting implementations.
  • Ensure a full and proper handoff of contracts from sales process to implementation process.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Participate and attend User Group and customer functions to reinforce customer rapport; such as product demos, value add workshops, customer events.

  • 2+ years consulting in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Ongoing technical certifications to keep up with industry

Minimum: $105,000 USD Maximum: $178,000 USD
