Architectural Sales and Marketing Representative โ€“ Drive Commercial and Government Specification Growth


Job Overview:

  • Company: Carolina Architectural Products
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $50,000 to $100,000 per year plus Performance Based Bonus and Profit Sharing
  • Location: Concord, NC (Hybrid, Travel Required)
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time or Project Based

The Opportunity:

You will serve as a vital growth driver, building and securing high-value specifications within the design and construction community. This role gives you the autonomy to manage elite client relations while receiving full organizational backing and comprehensive professional training. You will have the unique opportunity to champion premium architectural solutions to leading industry decision-makers.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and general contractors to secure project specifications.
  • Host professional AIA luncheons and educational seminars to present innovative architectural product solutions.
  • Attend targeted industry trade shows and actively participate in local AIA chapters to expand the brand network.
  • Utilize all available company and manufacturer resources to deliver exceptional, responsive service to client inquiries.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the internal sales and client relations team to manage pipelines and hit volume targets.
  • Track market trends and regional project data to identify new commercial, industrial, and government contract opportunities.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated passion for the architectural design and construction industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of working hours for client meetings and regional events.
  • Highly resourceful mindset with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in sales, marketing, or architectural client relations.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Established professional network within the regional design and commercial construction community.
  • Experience organizing corporate promotional events or conducting structured educational presentations.
