We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to be a part of the JetSplash team. As Sales Manager, you will serve as a member of the management team directly under ownership and will be responsible for the management of the JetSplash sales team. The Sales Manager will lead a team of Sales Advisors with the main objective of setting, tracking, and achieving sales goals that align with company-driven goals. The ideal Sales Manager candidate will be a team-oriented, accountable, passionate, highly self-motivated individual, with a commitment to the customer and a successful track record in sales management.
Scope of Work:
• Manage company sales objectives by developing the sales team and increasing customer accounts.
• Provide leadership, training and support to the sales team.
• Setting individual sales goals with the sales team.
• Tracking and reporting sales goals on a consistent basis.
• Development and implementation of strategic sales strategies.
• Build and promote strong customer relationships.
• Resolve customer account issues and/or questions.
• Establishing new business accounts and upholding positive relationships with our current clients.
• Managing fundraising and community partnership programs.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales management experience (required).
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
