Overview: Training available, $15 hourly plus 10% commissions on all sales.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sales Specialist to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales and customer relations knowledge and a passion for vehicle maintenance. As Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while performing essential oil changes and other vehicle maintenance tasks. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and have an interest in the automotive industry.

Duties

  • Phone reach out sales and counter sales. Cell phone or electronics sales experience encouraged to apply. We will train the right personality.
  • Sales of routine maintenance services, including tire repairs-replacement, rotations and air filter replacements.
  • Conduct follow up calls as needed,
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Assist in sales of additional services or products related to vehicle maintenance.
  • Stay updated on automotive service industry trends.
Requirements

  • Strong POS-Cashier skills.
  • Proficiency with multi-line phone systems.
  • Previous experience in high volume counter sales environments.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Willing to be trained in basic understanding of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance practices for sales purposes.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Valid Driver's License and will to move vehicles inside and outside of the shop.
