About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive sales performance within an assigned U.S. territory. This remote role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, growing revenue, and supporting both direct accounts and distribution channels. If you're ready to take ownership of a high-impact sales territory and make a measurable impact, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow sales revenue to meet assigned targets
  • Prospect and secure new accounts within the assigned territory
  • Manage direct accounts to increase business volume and profitability
  • Support distributor sales teams with strategy, planning, and training
  • Participate in trade shows, industry meetings, and training conferences
  • Stay informed on new products, services, and market trends
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues and address customer inquiries
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage contacts and document sales activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Sales, Marketing, or Business
  • 4+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in a technical field
  • ERP experience preferred
  • Strong CRM experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically
