Job description

Account Manager (Fintech SaaS) โ€“ PE-Backed

We are a high-growth Fintech firm redefining compliance and workflow automation for the professional services landscape. Backed by a premier Private Equity firm, we are scaling our sales organisation to meet the demand of mid-market firms and professional services organisations. We are looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager who understands the "Partnership" dynamic of professional service firms and can manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while identifying expansion opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Own Your Accounts: Manage a portfolio of mid-market professional services and compliance clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Drive Retention & Growth: Own renewal cycles and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business.
  • Consultative Engagement: Conduct regular business reviews to surface evolving workflow and compliance challenges, aligning our SaaS solutions to clients' changing needs.
  • Strategic Multi-Threading: Maintain and deepen relationships across stakeholder layers including Managing Partners, IT/Security leads, and Finance Directors.
  • Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain accurate account records and renewal forecasts in CRM using a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDICC).

Requirements

Who You Are

  • The Relationship Builder: 3โ€“7+ years in B2B SaaS with 2+ years specifically in account management, customer success, or renewal-focused roles.
  • Fintech/Compliance Fluency: Experience selling into or managing accounts within financial services, professional services, or regulated industries.
  • Commercial Mindset: A track record of hitting net revenue retention (NRR) targets through expansion and renewal โ€” not just satisfaction scores.
  • Multi-Stakeholder Navigation: Comfortable managing complex organisations and aligning multiple decision-makers to outcomes.
  • Process-Driven: Disciplined CRM habits and a structured approach to account planning and forecasting.

Benefits

What's In It For You

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (PE-backed stability).
  • Full health benefits and flexible PTO.
  • An opportunity to join a company undergoing a major scaling phase post-acquisition.

This isn't a support role. It's a strategic opportunity to own and grow a portfolio at a fast-growing company.

Apply now. Only exceptional candidates will be considered.
