JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment


Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (MPT, DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Current Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes
